At The Urban Vintage Affair, we want you to be delighted with your unique finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that due to the curated nature of vintage goods, items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your vintage item in its original box with all protective materials to ensure it arrives back to us without damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our London studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
