How do you rate the condition of your products?
We use a detailed grading system ranging from 'Mint' to 'Fair'. Since vintage items have a previous life, some signs of wear are expected, but any significant flaws are always documented in the product description and photos.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I know if a garment will fit me?
Vintage sizing varies significantly from modern standards. We provide flat-lay measurements (bust, waist, hips, and length) for every garment. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
