Made from Old Sheffield plate she now only shows her copper finish
She is a round cylinder and is a beautiful and unusual form for a wine bottle holder.
She stands on four long detailed lions paw feet
Top edge has hand-chased grape and vine decoration, with the body in pierced and engraved detailing.
Morgan dates 1840-50
Fine piece of unusual antique wear perfectly versatile for hold fine wine, champagne, plants or candles or to just hold your lemons.
Morgan stands steadily on all feet and has some verdigris throughout due to her use and age.
